Just a CAPS "Newsletter" Blog Opinion and a Fact

Late Dollar ArtBased on a true MAD MONEY FOOL INDICATOR: Jim urged his followers 1 week ago to Sell Gold. This mainstream paper pusher stated the XAU rally was overbought and overdone at 900 USD. The fact is gold has much further to go up in terms of price. The NEW Amero will phase out the exhausted US currency in less then 3 years. Another fact is known by some and that is "Be a Mad Money Contrarian, and remember that all the Gold Mine Projects around the globe are only worth approximately 200 Billion USD right now, i.e., relative to that relevant Googol Search Engine's market cap.

Da Amerocan Victor?

The death of the US dollar may come as a surprise to many conventional... non-thinkers. Others have long prepared for the big event. That is what all the background talk of the Amero is about. No longer just "Word around the campfire" - the foundation has definitely bin laden been laid. You can bet your bottom banknote da Cartel that is imploding the present uebersystem will be front & center with its replacement. Fair trade? Fair play? Fair-y Tale! There is no justice! And the end still justifies the meme means.

The end is, of course, not paper ends but power: Control the printing press of a currency region, and you don't have to give a flying shit about "regional presidents/politicians". The three primary regions are set to be Europe, Asia and the Americas. Europe is kind of up and running. Asia is heading quickly in that direction with China and deflated Japan vying for supremacy. Certain smart money predicts the Chinese Yuan will be the best of the worst, da victor -- the greenback is playing out its final timeline... in a shady election year. They might even pull a $50 Oil Pre-e7ect1on stunt to assure J. McCain's presidency. If you can fill'er up for 40 bucks, you're cuil with Republicans chasing that rich ally turned mad super villain who hides in the desert and wants to destroy the US... and your mother! But of course, you already knew that... that's why you're a Ron Paul supporter, right?

That's why you bought additional physical silver. You know that the Dollar must be sacrificed, and you even read:

Lately, talk of a “North American Union” merger between the United States, Mexico, and Canada has made the leap from late-night talk radio and the blogosphere fringe and into respectable media. Is there anything to all this?

There are three components to the conspiracy:

The North American Union (NAU)
The NAFTA Superhighway
The “amero” - a unified currency for the U.S., Mexico, and Canada

Each component has a varying degree of truth. [...]
The “amero” - a shared currency for the three nations. This component is the least likely of the three, as there is no reliable evidence that a unitary continental currency is on the horizon. However, a savvy conspiracy theorist might suggest that the NAFTA Superhighway is Step 1, the NAU Step 2, and the amero the third and final step of tri-national merger. Thus, why should there be much evidence for the amero’s existence at this point?

The term “amero” was coined (no pun intended) in 1999 by Canadian economist Herbert Grubel. Grubel did manage to interest then-Mexican President Vicente Fox in the idea but could get no traction in the U.S. or especially in his native Canada [source]. Thus, the amero is strictly theoretical… Well, mostly. (Source: AmateurEconomists)

More than a rumor?

A rumor is swirling around the Internet that an inglorious end to the U.S. economy is imminent. [...] On March 18, 2008, a “closed door” session of Congress was held for only the fourth time in history. According to House Rule XVII, clause 9, it is forbidden for members of the U.S. House of Representatives to reveal the discussions held behind those doors. The penalty for leaking such information includes loss of seniority, fines, reprimand, censure or expulsion. [...] According to the Australia.TO newspaper, as reported in the May 2008 Last Trumpet Newsletter (LTM), several congressmen were so incensed about what was discussed behind those doors that they were compelled to leak the contents of the meeting. Following is what is rumored to have been discussed:

Imminent collapse of the U.S. economy by September 2008; imminent collapse of the U.S. Government finances by February 2009; possibility of civil war within the U.S. resulting from the collapse; detainment of “insurgent U.S. citizens” in anticipation of their moving against the government; the potential for violent action taken by citizens against members of Congress due to the collapses; the merger of the U.S. economy with those of Canada and Mexico as a solution to the collapse; the introduction of a new tri-national currency called the “AMERO” as another economic solution.

Needless to say, that’s a lot of information to process. Unfortunately none of it can be verified and it essentially falls under the category of rumor and as such must be treated as suspect. [...] The fact that many people even consider these stories as being potentially true is revealing of the mindset of Americans today: they are nervous about the economy, scared over high oil and gas prices and none too happy over the housing price deflation. Bush says he wants $70 billion for the war next year and $770 million in food aid, mostly for Africa. Bush, and the Federal Reserve, are breaking our American dollar, our economy and our backs. They continue to print up nonexistent money and the American people get to pay the interest on this money that the government borrows.
The Federal Reserve is not "federal," but a privately owned bank that Woodrow Wilson regrettably endorsed during his presidency in 1913. I do not find the Depression suffered in the 1930s ironic and there is always a possibility for another one. Americans live on credit, just like their government, away from the principle of spending only what they have and delaying gratification for what they want. Our country is paying the price, and we have to pray we do not further lose our national sovereignty. Google the Amero dollar and the North American Union.
As we get our fix at Wal-Mart or the evening sports, our country is going in a direction that only an asleep populace allows. It takes awake people to change a molded course. Read Ron Paul's "The Revolution: A Manifesto" regarding the principles we need back: individual liberty, sound money, the Constitution and the foreign policy of the Founding Fathers.

Thanks tfp105.blogspot.comIn other news: A 40-year-old former substitute teacher was caught red-handed surfing the web for porn in the presence of her 7th grade students on the classroom computer. Julie Amero of Windham Connecticut said that it was not her fault but that it was pop-ups from spyware present on the classroom computers prior to the teachers arrival.

The jury didn't believe that Amero was just the victim of spyware and convicted her of four counts of endangering a child. Each count could nab her a 10-year sentence.

"Don't short the greenback"

Why Shorting the Dollar Now Could Be a Big Mistake: The world is short the dollar right now. But that could be a big mistake…
The outlook for the ailing greenback – finally – is getting healthier, which makes it the perfect time to go long.

I know this is a wildly unpopular and completely contrarian stance, so let’s get right to it. Here are the 10 reasons I think the dollar’s headed for an inevitable reversal:

1. If Not the Dollar… Then What?

2. The Fed: From Enemy to Ally

3. What Goes Down Eventually Goes Back Up

4. Warren Buffett, Jim Rogers and Bill Gross CAN Be Wrong

5. Pop-Culture Even Hates It

6. The Most Unlikely & Unsophisticated Are Speculating

7. Psst! Did You Hear About the Amero?
Another contrarian sign we’re at an extreme bottom – talk of the Amero or Americo is popping up again. First floated by Dr. Herbert G. Grubel of the Fraser Institute in 1999, this is largely a conspiracy theory that the governments of Canada, the U.S. and Mexico are secretly planning to launch a unified currency to compete with the euro. This is such a bad idea on so many levels I can’t get into them all here. Just trust me, the world’s largest economy is not going to relinquish macroeconomic control by opting for a unified currency.

Greenbacks gone wild

Vote Ron Paul 2008"I put the U.S. economy up against any in the world in terms of competitiveness," says Henry Paulson. But this is the same man who said the United States was "strongly committed to a strong dollar." If the U.S. is strongly committed to a strong dollar, there is no evidence of it that we can see. A strong dollar would require a strong man at the Fed to raise rates. We don't think there is anyone that strong ready to take the job. Instead, U.S. financial policy has been in weak hands for many, many years. Deficits have been tolerated…excused…and then accepted. Now, "deficits don't matter," says Dick Cheney. The dollar has been allowed to float…free from any connection to the real world of real things. The world has been saturated in them…drenched in them…up to its neck in them. That is why the value of the dollar goes down; we see no one strong enough to reverse the policy.

Instead, government spending is out of control. The dollar is out of control. Debt is out of control. The trade balance is out of control. The Government Accounting Office says the IRS is out of control, too. [...] "I put the U.S. economy up against any in the world in terms of competitiveness," says Henry Paulson. The hyperinflated United Goldilocks Matrix

Inflation is over 11% and government expects us to believe we have the lowest inflation in 50 years. They are not even believable liars. If you remember our government and those on Wall Street and CNBC told us over and over that we had reached the bottom of the real estate market. Now they tell us we may have a little farther to go in what will be the worst correction since the 1930s. Our economy has an inflation problem and the only resilience we see is the result of massive amounts of money and credit being injected into the economy. That is the result of a 15% increase in money and credit and a wide open discount window. This is how economic growth is being manufactured and the result is hyperinflation. [...] The Fed doesn’t care about inflation - they just lie about it. They have abandoned the dollar, so we see a good chance of another ¼% rate cut on December 11th. [...] The financial blood will flow for sometime to come. Again, this is lots of ammunition for the Fed to lower rates. At 4-1/2% presently they could drop another point to 3-1/2%. Considering all the other problems we could see the dollar at 50 on the USDX. The credit crisis will last years, not months. [...] Nobody believes our government or Wall Street any more, and gold will now forge higher no matter what machinations the cartel throws at it. The pros can now see where this is all headed as the terrifying and inexorable march to financial oblivion continues unabated in the United Goldilocks Matrix, where some people are starting to wake up from their slumber in their cartel-created pods to a nightmare beyond their wildest imagination! Precious metals and their related assets are now the only place to be, so take your positions immediately or face utter financial annihilation.

Follow Warren Buffett, Jim Rogers ... and Gisele Bundchen

Gisele Bundchen wants to remain the world's richest model and is insisting that she be paid in almost any currency but the U.S. dollar.

Like billionaire investors Warren Buffett and Bill Gross, the Brazilian supermodel, who Forbes magazine says earns more than anyone in her industry, is at the top of a growing list of rich people who have concluded that the currency can only depreciate because Americans led by President George W. Bush are living beyond their means. [...] Analysts in a Bloomberg survey expect the dollar to strengthen in coming months as stronger-than-forecast reports suggest U.S. consumers will keep the economy out of recession. Payrolls grew by 166,000 in October, double the median forecast of economists in a Bloomberg survey.

The dollar will rise to $1.43 per euro this year and $1.35 by the end of 2008, according to the median estimate in the survey.

"So far the data has shown the U.S. economy may not be slowing to the extent the majority of the market had expected,'' said Omer Esiner, an analyst at currency-trading company Ruesch International Inc. in Washington who expects the U.S. currency to strengthen to as much as $1.38 per euro. "That could temper policy easing down the road and lend support for the dollar.''

Buffett, whom Forbes in April ranked as the world's third- richest person behind Bill Gates and Carlos Slim, told reporters in South Korea last month that he is bearish on the U.S. currency. "We still are negative on the dollar relative to most major currencies, so we bought stocks in companies that earn their money in other currencies,'' Buffett said Oct. 25. Buffett, 77, is chairman of Omaha, Nebraska-based Berkshire Hathaway Inc.

Jim Rogers, a former partner of investor George Soros, said last month he's selling his house and all his possessions in the U.S. currency to buy China's yuan.

"The dollar is collapsing,'' Rogers said last week in an interview. "I'm moving to Asia because moving to Asia now is like moving to New York in 1907 or London in 1807. It's the wave of the future.

"Someday soon...

...you'll be keeping ameros in your wallet, not dollars. The goods they buy will zip freely from Mexico to Canada on an enormous new road. And the United States will merge with its neighbors into a massive North American Union that reigns sovereign over more than 440 million people.
At least that is the vision being raised by a small but vocal group of bloggers, activists and border-security hard-liners.

The scariest Halloween costume

The story of Halloween goes back over 2000 years to the ancient Celts. Druidic priests regarded October 31st as the end of the year. Not only was it their day for celebrating the year’s harvest, but also a festival for honoring the dead. In order to appease the wandering spirits that they believed roamed at night, the Celtic priests made fires in which they burned sacrifices, made charms, and cast spells.
As they danced around the fires, the season of the sun passed and the season of darkness would begin. As Halloween 2007 approaches, traders in the global money markets are betting that Federal Reserve chief Ben “B-52” Bernanke will sacrifice the US dollar with another rate cut, in order to cast a magic spell over Wall Street.
But if “B-52” Ben delivers another big-bang, a half-point rate cut to 4.25%, it might unleash a cadre of evil spirits, ghosts, and demons that would haunt the US dollar to its graveyard.

Bend it like Bernanke

www.dailyreckoning.comIn this 1982 movie based on a novel by William Styron, a young mother on her way to a Nazi concentration camp had to make a horrible choice - which one of her two children would she send to the gas chamber and which one would she save? This is where the Fed finds itself today. They are on a tightrope between two horrible choices. 1) Raise interest rates to defend the dollar and choke off price inflation. This would cause huge problems with the mountain of debt our country has piled on and would crush housing or 2) lower rates to save the credit bubble, knowing price inflation will increase as the dollar falls and all those cheap imported goods and commodities rise rapidly in price.

The first choice involves playing with a deflationary depression similar to that of the 1930’s as the money supply is held in check and debt defaults skyrocket forcing mass foreclosures, bankruptcies, closings of banks, and widespread loss of capital as the stock markets crash. The latter choice would force the government to inflate and most likely hyper inflate the currency - essentially destroying it as they pay off existing debt with dollars worth far less in terms of purchasing power. Based on comments by Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and current monetary policy, it appears as though the choice will be made to sacrifice the currency. This choice will likely result in hyperinflation and the destruction of the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency.

[...] Even with the level of globalization that we have seen over the last 20 years, these are still very dramatic changes to the current world order. There needs to be a catalyzing event to move toward this world structure. With a Biblical worldview in mind, I would propose the following as a possible scenario. I am not called to speak this as a prophetic word from God.
As the US economy goes through economic and social turmoil, we lose global influence. Politically we are dealing with our own problems and we leave the world stage as a global policeman. Our US dollar is no longer the world’s reserve currency after being destroyed via hyperinflation. It is replaced by a regional currency similar to the Euro, which includes Canada, the US and Central America. The new “Amero” replaces the US dollar, the Canadian dollar and the Mexican Peso. During this time, the same thing happens to Asian currencies – they consolidate. This takes us one giant step closer to a single world currency. The US hegemony is no longer an issue, and there would instead be 3 or 4 regional world currencies.

As currencies consolidate, so will governments. Witness how the sovereignty of European countries has been destroyed as their governments are slowly consolidated in the name of economic progress. With this step complete, the stage is thus set for a one world currency and one world government.

Pledge allegiance to the flag of UNA!

It is also reported that possibly as soon as January 1, 2010, Canada, the United States, and Mexico will replace all of their national currencies with something called the Amero and the borders will then be merged in order to give birth to a massive superstate. At that time it has been proposed that all American dollar notes and coins will be exchanged at the rate of one U.S. dollar for one Amero. (Source: http://www.vivelecanada.ca/article….060907114430765)

The American people are already taxed to the limit and in fear for their jobs, etc. (One factory after another is relocating to Mexico or other places. Very few products in the stores are American made. And customer service reps for almost every business are now made up of non-Americans overseas in places like Japan and India.) [...] we better hurry with our FAXES, emails, phone calls, and letters.

Making Things Worse for the US Currency

The world's largest financial organizations have already taken big hits – quietly, for the moment – but the collapse of the subprime sector really is hurting, and we are seeing things that just shouldn't happen in a well-ordered financial world.

Fund managers are not producing credible fund valuations; they have frozen values using old prices, and are forbidding the normal result, which is investors piling through the exits.

No-one can price mortgage-backed derivatives at the moment, and no-one really knows how the underwriters of credit default swaps are pricing the insurance time-bomb they're sitting on. These horrible investments are in many cases worth nothing, and in the case of credit-default swaps, less than nothing.

The current lull might prove an opportunity for the prospective gold buyer. Gold has not yet moved up; in fact, it has dipped a little as stretched investment funds have sold whatever they can to raise cash and reduce their margin calls.

Nor can any serious comment on the gathering storm fail to remark on the apparent "flight to quality" which on Monday last week saw US Treasury bonds put in their strongest day since Black Monday 1987.

US Treasury bonds are part of the fast-growing and utterly irredeemable $9 trillion public debt now outstanding in the United States. The US trade deficit was also on record-breaking form again last month. Only a few short weeks ago these dreadful statistics drove the US Dollar to record lows against a basket of major world currencies.

Only a lack of imagination would allow investors to think suddenly of the US Dollar as today's "quality" refuge. Any respite for the Dollar will surely be temporary; indeed, the bounce we saw during the sharpest stock-market losses so far may have simply been short-covering by Dollar bears (of which there are plenty) rather than fresh buying of “quality”.

Everything that has just happened in fact makes things worse for the US currency.

F Canada Independence

Gilles Duceppe indeed does not support a Quebec dollar as a part of a plan toward the national independence of Quebec. Instead, Mr. Duceppe and his colleagues, as a collaborators reminiscent of the elites of Vichy France who colluded with the Nazis during World War II, quietly endorse the adoption of a new American currency in Quebec called the "Amero".
